Ann Marie Rideout has been the owner of Well Fed for the over the past 6 years. Well Fed Studio located in North Vancouver provides  a healthy Hot Lunch Program to local elementary schools, offers kids/teen cooking classes, as well as providing ready to cook meals to go for busy people.  Ann Marie lusts over her next food experience, all of her memories are all linked to food. With the support of her wonderful husband, family and friends, she started Well Fed to share her exuberance towards eating and living well. Ann Marie loves to be creative with food and she also loves feeding people. She and her family also enjoys travelling and Ann Marie is fascinated how food crosses cultural barriers and has been bringing people together for centuries. The way to her heart is definitely through her belly.  Ann Marie has a B. A. Sc. in Nutrition from the University of Guelph and prior to Well Fed spent 12 years working within the food industry, in varied roles from purchasing, product development as well as business development.
